(a) Sewer capacities shall be based on 400 gallons per capita per day. This amount is for peak loads, and includes infiltration.
(b) Interceptor sewer capacities shall be given special consideration.
(c) Pipe sizes other than eight inches minimum shall be no larger than necessary to meet capacity requirements. Increased size to take advantage of flatter grade will not be accepted.
