   (a)   The plans and specifications shall be prepared by a registered engineer in the State of Ohio, and each sheet of the plans shall have imprinted thereon the seal of the engineer who has supervised the work.
   (b)   Plans shall consist of a cover sheet showing a plan view of the complete job, split plan and profile sheets, and standard detail sheets. Sheet size shall be 22 inches x 36 inches, or 24 inches x 36 inches.
   (c)   Elevations shall be U.S.G.S. datum. Bench marks shall be established at least every 1,200 feet, and shown on the plans. Street names and width, subdivision names, lot numbers, geographic location, legends, list of quantities, and other pertinent information shall be shown on the plans.
   (d)   Both existing and proposed ground levels, stationing, and elevations shall be shown on profiles.
   (e)   Preliminary plans and specifications for the proposed system shall be submitted by the owner to the Village in duplicate for approval. Necessary corrections, if any, will be marked on both sets, and one set will be returned to the owner.
   (f)   Final plans and specifications shall be submitted to the Village in quadruplicate. The Village will, after approval by its engineer, forward all sets of plans and specifications to the State of Ohio Environmental Protection Agency with request for approval. All applicable fees for plan review and approval shall be borne by the owner. No work shall be started until approval is received.
   (g)   A reproducible "as built" plan acceptable to the Village shall be submitted by the owner, showing exact locations of all building sewer connections, manholes, and other markings, after completion of the project and before the project is accepted by the Village. "As built" dimensions to building sewer connections shall be shown from the nearest manhole downstream.
   (h)   There shall be a note on the plans requiring that all work is to be done in accordance with the Village's construction or design specifications. This note does not preclude the submission of complete construction specifications with the final construction drawings.
