913.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates the provisions of this Chapter, for which no other criminal penalty is provided, shall be punished as a minor misdemeanor for a first offense. Each subsequent offense within one year shall be punishable as a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall constitute a separate offense.
 
   (b)   In addition to any other penalty provided in this section, the Village Administrator or his authorized representative shall have the authority to issue a shut-off order terminating the public water supply to any property where a violation of an order issued pursuant to Sections 913.07(a) and (b) limiting or banning certain uses of water is found to have occurred, after a verbal or written notice issued pursuant to Section 913.07(c)(1) was served. The shut-off order may be temporary or may remain in effect until the limitation or ban order that is being enforced is rescinded. Whether the shut-off order is temporary or shall continue indefinitely shall be at the discretion of the Village Administrator or his authorized representative who shall determine the seriousness of the violation and/or the number of times a violation at the same premises is repeated.
