§ 97.13 ISSUANCE OF SUMMONS AUTHORIZED.
   A summons charging an offense under this chapter may be issued by any law enforcement officer employed by the county or by an incorporated town within the county witnessing such violation without the necessity of a warrant being obtained by a responding fire company or a complainant.
