§ 30.04 BIENNIAL COUNTY SUPERVISOR ELECTIONS.
   Beginning with the election in November of 2009, members of the County Board of Supervisors shall be elected biennially for staggered four-year terms with three members being elected at that time followed by the remaining two members in November 2011.
