§ 156.123 RELEASE OF SURETY.
   A bond, escrow, letter of credit, or other surety required by this chapter shall be released as provided in VA Code § 15.2-2245 by the Northampton County Director of Finance, acting as the designated administrative agency of the Board of Supervisors.
