(A) The Board of Supervisors shall establish a schedule of fees and charges to examine and approve or disapprove every application reviewed under this chapter. Such schedule of fees and charges shall be posted in the office of the Planning Department and may be amended only by action of the Board of Supervisors. All applicable fees and charges shall be paid at the time the application is submitted. No application shall be considered complete, and no action shall be taken on any application until all applicable fees and charges have been paid.
(B) Such fees and charges as described in division (A) shall in no instance exceed an amount commensurate with the services rendered taking into consideration the time, skill and administrator's expense involved. All such charges heretofore made are hereby validated
(C) No application fee for the review and processing of an application to vacate a plat pursuant to NCC § 156.011 shall exceed $150, or otherwise fail to comply with the provisions of VA Code § 15.2-2273.
