(A) Except as provided in § 156.047(B) and (C), any change that modifies, creates, or adjusts lot lines, whether established by metes and bounds description or by a recorded subdivision plat, shall be approved in the same manner and under the same requirements as a new subdivision.
(B) This section applies to any subdivision plat of record or recorded metes and bounds description, whether or not recorded prior to the adoption of a subdivision ordinance.
(C) Where a road, alley, easement for public passage or other public area laid out or described in such plat is affected, the plat shall be vacated pursuant to § 156.011 prior to resubdivision.
