§ 33.123 DUTY OF TREASURER.
   The Treasurer shall have the power and duty of collecting the taxes imposed and levied hereunder and shall cause the same to be paid into the General Treasury for the county. The Treasurer shall have all of the enforcement powers as authorized by VA Code Title 58.1, Chapter 31, Article 2, as amended, for purposes of this subchapter.
