§ 33.116 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Commissioner may issue regulations and forms for the administration and enforcement of this subchapter.
   (B)   The Treasurer may prescribe the monthly reports to be made with remittance of the tax due.
