(A) This subchapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Northampton County Cigarette Tax Ordinance.”
(B) The County of Northampton hereby imposes a tax upon the sale of cigarettes in the County of Northampton, and within the corporate limits of the Towns of Cape Charles, Cheriton, Nassawadox, Exmore and Belle Haven, within the county, but not within the corporate limits of the Town of Eastville, as hereby set forth and under the terms and conditions herein.
