In administering the provisions of this chapter and in order to provide for appellate review and enforcement, the Wetlands Board as appropriate shall, as to the Coastal Primary Sand Dune Protection Act or this chapter, bear all those duties and responsibilities and follow those procedures specified in VA Code Title 28.2, Chapter 14 in the same manner and on the same basis as they administer and enforce the Wetlands Act and the Wetlands Ordinance of Northampton County, Virginia.
