§ 151.47 INVESTIGATIONS AND PROSECUTIONS.
   The Wetlands Board shall have the authority to investigate all projects whether proposed or ongoing which alter wetlands located within the county. The Wetlands Board shall have the power to prosecute all violations of any order of the Wetlands Board or any violation of any provision of this chapter contained in VA Code Title 28.2, Chapter 13.
