§ 151.28 ZONING AND LAND USE REGULATIONS.
   No permit granted by the Wetlands Board shall affect in any way the applicable zoning and land use ordinances of Northampton County or the right of any person to seek compensation for any injury in fact incurred by him because of the proposed activity.
