§ 159.102 INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION OF FLOODPLAIN.
   These provisions shall apply to all lands within the jurisdiction of Northampton County and identified as areas of special flood hazard identified by the community or shown on the flood insurance rate map (FIRM) that is provided to the county by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
