§ 98.02 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Sheriff of Northampton County shall be responsible for the enforcement of the noise control program established by this chapter and may be assisted by other county departments as required.
   (B)   Nothing in this section shall preclude a private citizen from obtaining a magistrate's summons based upon a probable cause determination by the magistrate's office.
