§ 95.31 CONCEALING OR WITHHOLDING AN ANIMAL TO PREVENT ITS DESTRUCTION OR CONFINEMENT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to conceal or withhold any dog, cat, or other animal to keep it from being destroyed or confined in accordance with this subchapter.
