§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of §§ 91.20 et seq. shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor, and each day a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. passed 9-10-1984)
