§ 91.21 APPLICATION.
   This subchapter governs the use of the named facility, known as the Willis Wharf Boat Harbor and Ramp Facility. Except for those provisions which are inconsistent herewith, the provisions of §§ 90.01 through 90.07 shall continue to apply to the Willis Wharf Boat Harbor and Ramp Facility.
