§ 34.07 CONTINGENT FUND.
   (A)   There is created a special contingent fund designated as the building demolition, repair, and contingent fund of the city.
   (B)   The fund shall be maintained by levy of tax on property in the city at the minimum level of $5,000.
   (C)   The fund shall be administered and expended by the authority of the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city.
