§ 33A.01 CITY CONTROLLER AS FISCAL OFFICER.
   The City Controller is the fiscal officer of the city and the head of the fiscal branch. He or she shall perform the duties assigned by I.C. 36-4-10 et seq., and such other duties as the Common Council may, by ordinance, require.
