§ 159.028 PLAN COMMISSION.

   The Plan Commission has the following powers and duties in connection with the implementation of this chapter:

   (A)   To initiate amendments to the text of this chapter and to the Zoning Map pursuant to the procedures and standards for amendments set forth in § 159.044;

   (B)   To review all proposed amendments to this chapter and make recommendations to the Common Council pursuant to the procedures and standards for amendments set forth in § 159.044;

   (C)   To review all planned developments and make recommendations to the Common Council pursuant to the procedures and standards for amendments set forth in § 159.044;

   (D)   To review, approve, approve with modifications, or deny all subdivision applications pursuant to the procedures and standards for subdivision approval set forth in §§ 159.060 through 159.087; and

   (E)   To approve, approve with modifications, or deny all applications for variances from subdivision control pursuant to the procedures and standards for plat approval set forth in §§ 159.060 through § 159.062; and

   (F)   To accept and release of performance bonds, letters of credit, certified checks, and maintenance bonds for all non-infrastructure items.
