(A) The Board of Public Works and Safety may, at the recommendation of City Council Traffic Committee, approve changes to the traffic schedule contained in Chapter 78 (including amendments to the schedules contained therein) throughout calendar year. Such changes when approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety shall be added to the Code of Ordinances as if the same were adopted by the Common Council of the city and shall be fully enforceable by the city.
(B) On an annual basis, no later than the first of July of a given year, the Traffic Committee shall submit a report to the full Common Council of the city outlining the revisions made, if any, by the Board of Public Works for the prior 12 month period. In the event that the Traffic Committee does not submit a report within the time period, a member of the Common Council may request such a report be made, but otherwise there shall be no other remedy beyond the receipt of such a report.
