§ 72.53 POLICE DEPARTMENT AND PARKING CONTROL OFFICERS TO ENFORCE PROVISIONS.
   It shall be the duty of the officers of the Noblesville Police Department and parking control officers, as appointed by the Board of Public Safety, to enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
