§ 72.50 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this subchapter, the following definition(s) shall apply:
   "PAID PARKING TECHNOLOGY." Any meter, kiosk, or application that requires a parking user to pay a fee to park a vehicle in any spot marked for payment.
