(A) The Common Council imposes a fee of $1,500 per landowner for processing and preparing documents seeking waiver of compliance with the terms of I.C. 6-1.1-12.1.
(B) The fee shall be payable within five days after an owner initiates a request to waive the compliance requirements of the Abatement Statute.
