§ 90.66 REDEMPTION.
   (A)   A person may reclaim an animal in the custody of the Noblesville Police Department upon providing the following:
      (1)   Proof of ownership; and
      (2)   Payment of redemption fee and any other service/medical fees.
   (B)   Stray or large animals will be held a minimum of seven (7) days at the Humane Society of Hamilton County or other authorized agency, pursuant to § 90.65.
   (C)   Unclaimed animals become the property of the Humane Society and shall be placed for adoption or humanely euthanized, pursuant to § 90.65.
