§ 90.47 VETERINARY HOSPITALS; CLINICS; GROOMING SALONS.
   (A)   All animals shall be housed humanely, and in accordance with the applicable standards, rules and regulations of the state, if any.
   (B)   Veterinarians, clinic or kennels operators, and owner/operators of grooming salons, shall keep such records as may be required by the applicable statutes or regulations of the state.
