§ 90.23 PUPPY AND KITTEN SALE.

No puppy or kitten which is under the age of eight (8) weeks may be offered for sale, trade or for other compensation or for free giveaway; except a puppy, kitten or litter may be taken to the Hamilton County Humane Society or placed in the care of a licensed veterinarian.
