§ 156.01 HOUSE NUMBERING PLAN.
   Generally, and as nearly so as practicable, buildings shall be numbered in the following uniform manner:
   (A)   Conner Street shall be the line dividing all streets running north and south.
   (B)   The numbering of buildings on all streets running north and south shall begin at the intersection of Conner Street with such streets running north and south.
   (C)   Tenth Street shall be the line dividing all streets running east and west.
   (D)   The numbering of buildings on all streets running east and west shall begin at the west end of such streets and run in sequence to the east ends thereof.
   (E)   Buildings on the north side of streets running east and west and buildings on the east side of streets running north and south shall be numbered with even numbers.
   (F)   Buildings on the south side of streets running east and west and buildings on the west side of streets running north and south shall be numbered with odd numbers.
   (G)   There shall be one number alloted to each 6 lineal feet, that is, one hundred numbers to each block.
