Except as allowed by § 90.07(G), no person shall set any type of poisonous substance or bait within the city limits that is deemed harmful to any domestic animal. Controlled programs under the direction of the County Board of Health, City Board of Public Works, or a licensed extermination service may be excluded from the restrictions of this section.
