A permit shall be obtained before beginning construction, alteration, repair, or demolition of any building or structure, using application forms furnished by the Director, and all fees required by this code shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer. Application fees shall be determined in accordance with Ordinances 1513 and 1522, as amended.
