§ 91.02 BOARD OF WORKS AND SAFETY EMPOWERED TO COLLECT GARBAGE AND RUBBISH.

   The board of public works and safety is authorized and empowered to collect and dispose of all garbage and rubbish within the city.

§ 91.03 BOARD TO REGULATE STORAGE, COLLECTION, AND DISPOSAL.

   The board of public works and safety is authorized, subject to the approval of the common council, to prescribe and promulgate regulations providing methods to be used in the storage, collection, and disposal of all garbage and rubbish.

§ 91.04 APPOINTMENT OF SUPERINTENDENT OF GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTION AUTHORIZED.

   The board of public works and safety is authorized and empowered to appoint a superintendent of garbage and rubbish collection and disposal to supervise collection and disposal. The board is further authorized and empowered to employ all necessary labor and to procure all necessary vehicles and equipment to properly administer the provisions of this chapter.
