§ 50.046 DISCHARGE LIMITS AND LEVELS.
   (A)   The following pollutant limits are established to protect against pass through and interference. No person shall discharge wastewater containing more than the following instantaneous maximum allowable discharge limits:

   (B)   The Utility shall have the right to impose a surcharge for waste or pollutants discharged into the Wastewater Facilities whose strength or character is greater than normal domestic strength such that the introduction of the waste into the Wastewater Facilities may cause additional costs to the system. A user discharging the below pollutants above the identified levels, shall be subject to excessive strength surcharges as described in §§ 51.03 (D) and 51.05.

   (C)   All pollutant analyses, including sampling techniques shall be performed in accordance with the techniques prescribed in 40 CFR Part 136, Standard Methods, unless otherwise specified in an applicable categorical pretreatment standard. If 40 CFR Part 136 does not contain sampling or analytical techniques for the pollutant in question, sampling and analyses must be performed in accordance with procedures approved by EPA.
