§ 50.043 TRUCKED OR HAULED POLLUTANTS.

   Users are prohibited of introducing trucked or hauled pollutants to the Wastewater Facilities, unless:

   (A)   The Utility has provided prior written permission to the user seeking to discharge the hauled or trucked pollutants to the POTW;

   (B)   The user possesses a valid wastewater management permit a valid vehicle license per IDEM; and

   (C)   The pollutants are introduced into the POTW via a discharge point designated by the Utility.
