It shall be unlawful for any person to be found lying or sleeping upon any public street, alley, park, or other public places, or in any stable, barn, building, warehouse, shed, railroad yard or depot railroad car, or in any other public place without having the permission of the owner or occupant of such place to sleep or to be in such place.
