The fee for performing any activity specified in § 119.01 shall be $10 for each day, or part thereof. In addition thereto, the mayor may order the deposit of a cash bond of not more than $100, conditioned upon the restoration and cleaning up of the location of the activity in a manner satisfactory to him. In the event the location is so restored and cleaned up, the deposit shall be returned; otherwise the deposit shall be forfeited to the city. ('61 Code, § 47.3)
