§ 31.11 DEPUTY MAYOR.
   (A)   The Common Council hereby establishes the statutory position of Deputy Mayor to be appointed by the Mayor of the city.
   (B)   The Deputy Mayor shall have all of the powers of the Mayor in the event the Mayor is absent or, for any reason, is not able to carry out any duties of the Mayor.
   (C)   The Deputy Mayor serves at the pleasure of the Mayor.
