(A) There is hereby established the City of Noblesville Rainy Day Fund.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-8-5.1, all unused or unencumbered balances in any fund or account of the city may be transferred to the Rainy Day fund if authorized by the Common Council.
(C) Any amounts in the Rainy Day Fund may be appropriated by the Common Council for such purposes as authorized by state statute and approved by the Council through the appropriation process as authorized by I.C. 36-1-8-5.1(c).
