§ 116.02 PAWNBROKERS AND SECONDHAND DEALERS; LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall own, operate, or engage in the business as a pawnbroker or secondhand dealer within the city without first obtaining a license therefor and otherwise complying with the provisions of this chapter.
