§ 115.01 JUNK DEALERS, LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall conduct, maintain, or engage in the business of junk dealer unless such person shall have first obtained a license to do so from the mayor as hereinafter provided. "JUNK DEALER," for the purpose of this chapter, means and includes any person who operates a junk yard.
