All hours worked by police officers on grants paid through Hamilton County to agency members of the Hamilton County Traffic Safety Partnership will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half of an officer’s regular rate of pay. These hours are not considered as hours worked for the city, and are not factored in when calculating city paid overtime compensation.
