§ 113.08 COMPLAINTS.
   All complaints of alleged violation of provisions of this chapter shall be made in writing to the Director of Planning. Upon receiving such complaint, the Director of Planning shall conduct an inspection of the property and refer findings of the inspection along with the written complaint to the Board of Public Works and Safety, who shall conduct a hearing thereon. If the Board shall determine enough information and evidence present of a violation, the matter shall be referred to the City Attorney to pursue appropriate legal remedy. In addition to the city investigation, the Director of Planning shall report any complaints and findings to the appropriate state licensing agency if deemed appropriate.
