§ 112.99 PENALTY. 
   Violations of this chapter shall be subject to the following provisions: Any person operating or attempting to operate any horse-drawn carriage or vehicle without procuring the license or coachman's license required by this chapter, guilty of a Class B infraction and or operating or attempting to operate any horse-drawn carriage or vehicle after revocation or suspension of the license or coachman's license required by this chapter, or in violation of any lawful order of the Board of Public Works and Safety made pursuant to this chapter, or in violation of any other provision of this chapter, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $250. Upon a second offense, the court may, in addition to the fine herein provided, revoke or suspend the license or coachman's license for a period not to exceed six months.
