§ 112.11 DENIAL, SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.
   (A)   Any person licensed to operate horse-drawn carriages or vehicles under the provisions of this chapter shall comply with all the provisions of this Code and other ordinances and all laws and regulations of the state regarding the use and operation of horse-drawn carriages and vehicles and carriage of persons and baggage for hire as public carriers by horse-drawn carriages or vehicles, and shall at all times be subject to the supervision of the Police Department and the Board of Public Works and Safety.
   (B)   The Board may, upon complaint of any person or upon its own motion, cite and require any such licensee to appear before the Board at such times as the Board may determine and show cause why the license should not be revoked or suspended by the Clerk-Treasurer for failure to comply with any lawful order or command of the Police Department or of the Board of Public Works and Safety. The Board shall, at the time and place fixed in the citation, proceed to summarily hear and determine the merits of the complaint, and shall make such orders as shall be found necessary to remedy the cause of the complaint, or may order the Clerk-Treasurer to revoke or suspend the license as shall be found necessary to protect the public interest. Any violation of this section by the holder of a license issued hereunder shall be grounds for suspension or revocation of the license by the Clerk-Treasurer.
