The Licensing Officer shall maintain and make available for public inspection a copy or record of every completed application received and the certificate or written denial issued by the city. The applicant CRC background check shall remain a confidential protected private record not available for public inspection. The Licensing Officer may furnish to the head of the city law enforcement agency a listing of all applicants, those denied and those issued a certificate.
