The Licensing Officer shall review the completed application submitted by the applicant and issue a certificate in accordance with the following. Within five business days of the receipt of a completed application, the city shall:
(A) Take any and all actions it deems appropriate to verify the truthfulness and completeness of the information submitted by the Applicant including but not limited to those disclosed with the application form; and
(B) Issue written notice to the applicant and the responsible person or entity, if any, that the applicant either will be issued a three, ten or 120 day certificate or will not be issued a certificate for reasons cited in § 117.35.
