The Licensing Officer shall not begin the registration process unless the applicant has submitted a completed application. The original identification submitted to establish proof of identity shall be returned after the Licensing Officer verifies the applicant’s identity. A copy of the identification may be retained by the Licensing Officer. If an original CRC background check is submitted by the applicant, the Licensing Officer shall make a copy of the CRC and return the original to the applicant.
