§ 112.01 REGULATION AND LICENSING OF HORSE-DRAWN CARRIAGE BUSINESSES.
   To assure the public health and safety of persons using the public streets and ways, the operation of horse-drawn carriages is regulated; and the business of conveying persons by horse-drawn carriages is licensed to defray the costs of regulation and operation required by this chapter.
