§ 53.018 LOCAL LIMITS.
   (A)   The following pollutant limits are established to protect against pass through and interference. [The following pollutant limits were developed by the Noblesville Utilities Department as a means to prevent the introduction of pollutants into its treatment plant. Local discharge limits are established on a case-by-case basis. Thus, the following table may be further evaluated.] No person shall discharge wastewater containing in excess of the following instantaneous maximum allowable discharge limits:

   (B)   The above limits apply at the point where the wastewater is discharged to the POTW. All concentrations for metallic substances are for “total” metal unless indicated otherwise. These analytical methods are set forth in 40 CFR, Part 136 or reference cited in that regulation, or found in U.S. EPA, Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response, Test Methods for Evaluating Solid Waste, SW-846.
